Large-scale hardwood floor installation
Here we encountered a 6,000 square foot retail space that had suffered significant water damage. After a disaster/restoration company was brought in to remove the moisture and hazardous materials, we installed 3/4 x 3-1/4 inch oak flooring over 3/4 inch sub-floors with painted trim throughout. The finished floors spanned over 90 feet in length with seamless transitions between rooms.

Siding Renovation
The owners of this summer home wanted to transform the exterior while maintaining its country appeal. The solution was vinyl siding designed to replicate the look of classic wood cedar shake while still offering the low maintenance and durability of traditional vinyl siding. Along with several new vinyl windows and matching downspouts on the gutters, the finished product offered an affordable transition from old country cabin into beautiful summer home.
Full Basement
One of the most dramatic and common home improvements is a refinished basement. This basement started as an open space with concrete block walls and exposed piping. We converted it into five new rooms for this family, with insulated studded walls to separate the basement into a playroom for the kids, a weight room, a bathroom, closets, and a storage room. French doors, painted ceiling, recessed lighting, up-flush macerating system, electrical throughout and a revamped stair case made this home improvement a success.
